SECTION 41-9.1-38

   § 41-9.1-38  Legal shipments of gamingdevices into the state. – All shipments of gaming devices, including slot machines, into any town or cityof this state within which gaming is authorized, the registering, recording,and labeling of which have been duly done by the manufacturer or dealer thereofin accordance with sections 3 and 4 of that certain chapter of the Congress ofthe United States entitled, "An act to prohibit transportation of gamingdevices in interstate and foreign commerce", approved January 2, 1951, being c.1194, 64 Stat. 1134, and also designated as 15 U.S.C. §§ 1171-1177,shall be deemed legal shipments thereof into the State of Rhode Island.
