SECTION 42-10-13.1

   § 42-10-13.1  Federal tax identificationnumber required. – Before any organization receives a state grant or is appropriated a certain sumof money, said organization shall be required to provide their federal taxidentification number or if applicable that it is in compliance with §501(c)(3) [26 U.S.C. § 501(c)(3)] of the federal internalrevenue code.
