SECTION 42-10-16

   § 42-10-16  Report and prosecution ofdelinquencies in payment. – The general treasurer shall report to the attorney general every person or townneglecting to pay, at the times required by law, any sum of money due to thestate, including any sum which may be due as a result of a delinquency underchapter 6 of title 35, and the attorney general shall prosecute every suchdelinquent according to law.
