SECTION 42-10-21

   § 42-10-21  Report on special funds. –The accounts shall also contain a statement of the receipts and expenditures onaccount of the permanent school fund, the Touro fund, and Rhode Islandveterans' home burial lot, under appropriate headings, together with the stateand amount of those funds and how the funds are invested. The general treasurershall also in the report state any other expenses particularly, under suchheadings as he or she may deem necessary for the better information of thegeneral assembly.
