SECTION 42-102-1.1

   § 42-102-1.1  Consolidation of councils andadvisory boards. – Notwithstanding any provisions of the general laws of the state to thecontrary, the employment security advisory council is consolidated into thecouncil. Should there be any changes in federal law or regulations permittingthe consolidation of other employment and training councils, boards, oradvisory committees, the council is authorized to incorporate those bodies.
