§ 42-102-8 Application of other laws.– The council shall be subject to the provisions as outlined in chapter 2 oftitle 38 ("Access to Public Records"); chapter 35 of this title("Administrative Procedures"); and chapter 46 of this title ("Open Meetings").In addition, the members of the council shall be subject to the provisionsoutlined in chapter 14 of title 36 ("Code of Ethics").
