SECTION 42-109-6

   § 42-109-6  Training programs to beestablished by the department of mental health, retardation, and hospitals.– The department of mental health, retardation, and hospitals shall develop andconduct training programs for members of the various community based taskforces established on substance abuse prevention established pursuant tochapter 21.2 of title 16. The director of the department of health, or his orher designated agent, shall make an annual report by September 1 each year tothe commission which shall detail the expenditure of the funds appropriated forthe training program or programs.
