   § 42-11.1-12  Judicial review. – Any determination made by a state agency according to § 42-11.1-5(d) shallbe subject to judicial review in a proceeding according to the proceduresoutlined in the Administrative Procedures Act, chapter 35 of this title. Theproceedings shall only be commenced in the absence, or upon completion, ofother review procedures specified in the applicable contract or by applicableregulations.
