SECTION 42-11.1-15
§ 42-11.1-15 Quarterly reports of latepayments and interest. – The department of administration shall file quarterly reports with the governorand general treasurer. Included in the report shall be:
(a) The date and dollar amount of late payments by state andagency; and
(b) The amount of interest paid.
