SECTION 42-11.2-13

   § 42-11.2-13  Tenant rent. – Each eligible tenant receiving benefits under this chapter shall pay thirtypercent (30%) of his or her adjusted income for its housing costs. Any amountspaid on behalf of tenants under the rental assistance program shall not beconsidered in determining the amount of welfare or other public assistance towhich they are entitled.
