SECTION 42-11.2-14
§ 42-11.2-14 Regulations. – The executive department shall promptly develop regulations to implement theprovisions of this chapter, pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act,chapter 35 of this title. These regulations may include the establishment ofpriorities for review of applications from owners in furtherance of thelegislative purpose of this chapter.
