   § 42-11.2-16  Funding. – Seventy percent (70%) of all funds appropriated to carry out the provisions ofthis chapter shall be designated for contracts entered into with eligibleowners pursuant to § 42-11.2-3(b)(1), and thirty percent (30%) of all suchfunds shall be designated for contracts entered into with eligible ownerspursuant to § 42-11.2-3(b)(2).
