SECTION 42-11-1

   § 42-11-1  Director of administration.– There is hereby established within the executive branch of the stategovernment, a department of administration. The head of the department shall bethe director of administration, who shall be appointed by the governor, withthe advice and consent of the senate, and shall serve at the pleasure of thegovernor.
