SECTION 42-110-3
§ 42-110-3 Chemical purchasing license.– No person, firm, or corporation shall enter into, engage in, or work at thebusiness of metal finishing without first obtaining a chemical purchasinglicense issued by the department which shall permit the licensee to purchase,receive or use defined chemicals.
