§ 42-110-7 - Licenses not transferable.
SECTION 42-110-7
§ 42-110-7 Licenses not transferable.– No license issued under the provisions of this chapter is assignable ortransferable. Licenses issued under this chapter may, after a hearing, besuspended or revoked upon failure or refusal of the licensee to comply with therules and requirements of the department or for other sufficient cause.
