SECTION 42-114-2

   § 42-114-2  Terms of office. – The term of service of the legislative members shall extend from the date oftheir appointment until the expiration of the legislative term during whichthey were appointed to the audio/video commission. The terms of service of theother appointees by the speaker of the house and the president of the senateshall be three (3) years from the date of appointment. All members shall serveuntil their successors on the committee are appointed and qualified. Allappointed members shall be eligible for reappointment.
