SECTION 42-114-5

   § 42-114-5  Committee duties. – In general, the function of the committee is to advise and to assist commercialradio and television broadcasting systems located in the state, excluding CATVsystems as defined in § 39-19-1, with the programming alternatives andschedules available to those radio and television broadcasting systems.
