SECTION 42-115-5

   § 42-115-5  Compensation – Clericalassistance – Cooperation of departments and agencies – Quarters.– (a) The membership of the commission shall receive no compensation for theirservices but shall be allowed their travel and necessary expenses.

   (b) The commission may engage the clerical, technical, andother assistance it may deem necessary and spend other funds to accomplish itspurpose.

   (c) All departments and agencies of the state shall furnishany advice and information, documentary and otherwise, to the commission andits agents deemed necessary or desirable by the commission to facilitate thepurposes of this chapter.
