SECTION 42-116-16

   § 42-116-16  No additional consentrequired. – Except as provided in this section, bonds may be issued under this chapterwithout obtaining the consent of any executive office, department, division,commission, board, bureau, or corporation of the state or any politicalsubdivision of the state, and without any other proceedings or the happening ofany condition or acts other than those proceedings, conditions or acts whichare specifically required in this chapter or under any applicable bond act, andthe validity of and security for any bonds issued by the corporation pursuantto this chapter shall not be affected by the existence or nonexistence of anyconsent or other proceedings, conditions, or acts.
