SECTION 42-116-27

   § 42-116-27  Inconsistent laws –Supplemental powers. – The provisions of this chapter are deemed to provide an additional,alternative, and complete method for accomplishing the purposes of thischapter, and are deemed and construed to be supplemental and additional to, andnot in derogation of, powers conferred upon the corporation and the departmentby any other laws; provided, however, that insofar as the provisions of thischapter are inconsistent with the provisions of any general or special law,municipal charter, administrative order or regulations, the provisions of thischapter are controlling.
