SECTION 42-116-34

   § 42-116-34  Severability. – The provisions of this chapter are severable, and if any provision of thischapter is held invalid in any circumstances, that invalidity shall not affectany other provisions or circumstances. This chapter shall be construed in allrespects so as to meet any constitutional requirements. In carrying out thepurposes and provisions of this chapter, all steps shall be taken which arenecessary to meet constitutional requirements. This chapter shall be construedliberally in aid of its purpose and legislative findings.
