SECTION 42-117-5

   § 42-117-5  Filing of certificate. –A person shall file the certificate of critical economic concern with theappropriate state agency that has licensing or permitting authority over theproject. A person must file the certificate of critical economic concern at thetime of filing the necessary permit application(s) required for the projectwith the state agency. The state agency shall give priority to the project ofcritical economic concern in the handling and processing of the application.
