SECTION 42-119-5

   § 42-119-5  Survival of lawful activities.– Action taken, rules, regulations, or standards adopted by the permanentadvisory commission on women prior to July 1, 1992, in accordance withauthority under resolution No. 84 of the 1970 acts and resolves and subsequentexecutive order and general assembly action, shall automatically continue withthe same force and effect as if the action or adoption had taken place afterJuly 1, 1992.
