§ 42-119-9 - Severability.
SECTION 42-119-9
§ 42-119-9 Severability. – If any provision or part of this chapter, or application of this chapter to anyperson or circumstances is held unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, theremaining provisions of this chapter and the application of those provisions toany other person or persons or circumstances, other than those to which it isheld invalid, shall not be affected by that invalidity.
