   § 42-12.2-6  Provision of services. –The independent living centers shall provide services to individuals with arange of significant disabilities. The centers shall provide services on across disability basis (for individuals with all different types of significantdisabilities, including individuals with disabilities who are members ofpopulations that are unserved or underserved by programs). Eligibility forservices at any center for independent living shall be determined by thecenter, and shall not be based on the presence of any one or more specificsignificant disabilities.
