   § 42-12.3-6  Eligibility and services.– The department of human services may enter into any necessary cooperativeagreements with the department of health and/or other state agencies requiredto assure that for both the RIte Start and the RIte Track Programs enrollment,eligibility and service delivery can be determined and provided in a timely,efficient and user friendly manner. The cooperative agreements shall permiteligible persons to be enrolled at community health centers and othercommunity-based organization(s). The department of human services is herebydirected to assign enrollment workers to such centers and organizations as maybe necessary to achieve the purposes of this section. The benefit package forthe RIte Track program shall include multi-disciplinary evaluation andtreatment for children with significant developmental disabilities anddevelopmentally delayed children enrolled in RIte Track.
