SECTION 42-12.4-4

   § 42-12.4-4  Public hearings andrecommendations. – The chairpersons of the house finance committee and senate finance committeeshall hold public hearings on such additional proposed legislation, ifproposed, to determine whether or not such legislation satisfies the goalsenumerated herein and would result in substantial new opportunities for themedical assistance program on a cost neutral basis over a period not to exceedfive (5) years.
