SECTION 42-12.4-8

   § 42-12.4-8  Demonstration termination.– In the event the demonstration is suspended or terminated for any reason, or inthe event that the demonstration expires, the department of human services, inconjunction with the executive office of health and human services, is directedand authorized to apply for and obtain all waivers in existence prior to theacceptance of the demonstration. The department of human services and theexecutive office of health and human services to the extent possible shallensure that said waivers are reinstated prior to any suspension, termination,or expiration of the demonstration.
