SECTION 42-12-1.3

   § 42-12-1.3  Transfer of functions from thedepartment of elderly affairs. – There is hereby transferred from the department of elderly affairs to thedepartment of human services the following function: to provide and coordinatethe "elderly/disabled transportation" program including a passenger costsharing program as defined and provided for under rules and regulationspromulgated by the department.
