SECTION 42-12-10

   § 42-12-10  Rehabilitation of disadvantagedpersons. – The state department of human services is hereby authorized to providevocational evaluation and work adjustment services to disadvantaged persons whoare disabled and other individuals disadvantaged by reason of their youth oradvanced age, low educational attainment, ethnic or cultural factors, prison ordelinquency records, or other conditions which constitute a barrier toemployment. Services may also be provided to family members when necessary tothe rehabilitation of the disadvantaged.
