SECTION 42-12-12

   § 42-12-12  Appropriations anddisbursements. – The general assembly shall annually appropriate such sums as it may deemnecessary for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter; andthe state controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his or herorders upon the general treasurer for the payment of such sum or sums, or somuch thereof as may from time to time be required, upon receipt by him or herof proper vouchers approved by the executive officer of the state department ofhuman services.
