SECTION 42-12-13

   § 42-12-13  Acceptance and use of gifts.– The department of human services is hereby authorized and empowered to acceptand use gifts made unconditionally by will or otherwise for carrying out thepurposes of this chapter. Gifts made under such conditions as in the judgmentof the state department of human services are proper and consistent with theprovisions of this chapter may be so accepted and shall be held, invested,reinvested, and used in accordance with the conditions of this chapter.
