SECTION 42-12-3

   § 42-12-3  Parole and probation. – The department of human services and director of human services shall performthe functions relating to parole and probation as prescribed by chapter 18 oftitle 12, and under such rules and regulations as may be adopted by thedirector of social and rehabilitative services with the approval of thegovernor and the parole board in the executive department.
