SECTION 42-12-7

   § 42-12-7  Special veterans' funds. –The director of the department of human services shall have control andsupervision over any special funds provided for decorating and installing metalmarkers on the graves of soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines, for the burialof honorably discharged soldiers, for the assistance of World War I veteransand other expenditures relating to veteran soldiers, sailors, airmen, andmarines.
