§ 42-124-4 - Cooperation.
SECTION 42-124-4
§ 42-124-4 Cooperation. – (a) All departments, boards and agencies of the state shall cooperate with thecommission and forthwith furnish any advice and information, documentary andotherwise as may be necessary or desirable to facilitate the purposes of thischapter.
(b) The speaker of the house is authorized and directed toprovide suitable quarters for the commission.
