SECTION 42-125-5.2
§ 42-125-5.2 Chair and other officers.– Upon the passage of this act, the council shall elect from among its members achair. Thereafter, the council shall annually elect in February a chair fromamong the members. The council may elect from among its members such otherofficers as it deems necessary.
