SECTION 42-127.1-19

   § 42-127.1-19  Interoperability. – A governmental agency of this state which adopts standards pursuant to §42-127.1-18 may encourage and promote consistency and interoperability withsimilar requirements adopted by other governmental agencies of this and otherstates and the federal government and non-governmental persons interacting withgovernmental agencies of this state. If appropriate, those standards mayspecify differing levels of standards from which governmental agencies of thisstate may choose in implementing the most appropriate standard for a particularapplication.
