   § 42-128.2-2  Purpose. – The purposes of this chapter are to facilitate implementation of local andstate plans for the provision of affordable housing and to optimize the use ofpublic resources, including proceeds from bond issues, by providing expeditedprocessing by state agencies of applications for projects that would provideaffordable housing as set forth in this chapter.
