§ 42-128-3 Rhode Island Housing andMortgage Finance Corporation. – The Rhode Island housing and mortgage finance corporation established bychapter 55 of this title shall remain an independent corporation and shallserve as the housing finance and development division of the Rhode Islandhousing resources agency.
