SECTION 42-129-4

   § 42-129-4  Appropriation. – There is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not otherwiseappropriated for the fiscal year 2002, the sum of fifty thousand dollars($50,000) for the Persian Gulf War information relief commission for generaloperating expenses and to conduct a health survey profile of Persian Gulf Warveterans; and the state controller is hereby authorized and directed to drawhis or her orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of this sum, or somuch of it as may be from time to time required, upon receipt by him or her ofproperly authenticated vouchers.
