SECTION 42-131-1

   § 42-131-1  Creation of council. – There is created and established an intergovernmental relations council ofRhode Island to be referred to as "the council." The legislative authority forthe council shall cease as of June 30, 2005, unless the council is continuedunder the provisions of this chapter.
