   § 42-131-5  Technical advisory committee.– A technical advisory committee shall be appointed by the chairperson of thecouncil. The technical advisory committee shall include, but not be limited to,representatives of the office of municipal affairs in the department ofadministration, statewide planning, the general assembly, the Rhode IslandPublic Expenditure Council, and the Rhode Island League of Cities and Towns.
