SECTION 42-133-14

   § 42-133-14  Agreement by the state. –The state does hereby pledge to and agree with the holders of any bonds issuedunder this chapter that the state will not limit or alter the rights vested inthe corporation to fulfill the terms of any agreements made with the holders,or otherwise take any action that materially and adversely affects the rightsof the holders, until the bonds, together with the interest thereon, withinterest on any unpaid installments of interest, and all costs and expenses inconnection with any action or proceeding by or on behalf of holders, are fullymet and discharged. The corporation is authorized to include this pledge andagreement of the state in any agreement with the holders of the bonds.
