SECTION 42-133-17

   § 42-133-17  Attorney general. – Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as in any way modifying or limiting,and the state does hereby pledge to and agree with the holders of any bondsissued under this chapter that the state will not modify or limit, theresponsibility of the attorney general to administer, protect and discharge allduties, rights and obligations of the state under the master settlementagreement and the qualifying statute.
