SECTION 42-137-4

   § 42-137-4  Compensation and expenses ofmembers. – Members of the select commission shall receive no compensation, but shall bereimbursed for their actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performanceof their duties. No member shall lose any pay or benefits by reason of his orher attendance at meetings of the select commission.
