SECTION 42-137-7
§ 42-137-7 Grants, appropriations, andgifts. – The select commission shall be empowered to apply for any grants,appropriations, or gifts from any federal, state, or local agency, privatefoundation, or individual. Any grants, appropriations or gifts shall bedeposited in the general fund and subject to the appropriation process.
