SECTION 42-14.2-1

   § 42-14.2-1  Definitions. – (a) "Auto wrecking processor" or "auto salvage processor" , as used in thischapter, means a person, firm, corporation, or association that destroys,junks, dismantles, processes, or stores for later dismantling or destructionmotor vehicles or parts thereof.

   (b) "Auto wrecking yard" or "auto salvage yard" , as used inthis chapter, means land upon which a person, firm, corporation, or associationdestroys, junks, dismantles, or stores for later dismantling or destructionmotor vehicles or parts thereof, and may engage in the sale of used motorvehicle parts, or scrap therefrom.

   (c) "Department" or "licensor" , as used in this chapter,means the "department of business regulation".
