§ 42-14.2-12 - Power of department in hearings.

SECTION 42-14.2-12

   § 42-14.2-12  Power of department inhearings. – The department shall have the power in hearings arising under this chapter todetermine the place where the hearing shall be held, to administer oaths, tosubpoena witnesses, to take depositions of witnesses residing without the statein the manner provided for in civil actions before courts of this state, and topay witness fees and the mileage for attendance as is provided for witnesses incivil actions in the superior court.
