   § 42-14.2-13  Penalties. – Any person, firm, corporation, or association violating any of the provisionsof this chapter shall upon conviction be guilty of a misdemeanor. Any person,firm, corporation, or association who is convicted for violation of any sectionof this chapter shall be punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars($500) or by imprisonment for a term not to exceed one year, or both fine andimprisonment for each violation of the provisions of this chapter.
