SECTION 42-14.2-5.2

   § 42-14.2-5.2  License fees – Renewalapplications. – Any fee for the initial issuance or renewal of a license shall be determined bymultiplying the per annum rate of the number of years in the term of license.The total fee for the entire term of license shall be paid prior to theissuance of the initial license or of the renewal. The application for renewalshall be made not less than thirty (30) days from date of expiration. Uponpayment of the required fee, the license shall be renewed.
